Important: These Terms of Service govern use of the nevermissrevenue.net website and related marketing materials. If you are a paying client of Never Miss Revenue, LLC, your service relationship is governed by a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) executed at onboarding, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using nevermissrevenue.net (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. About Never Miss Revenue

Never Miss Revenue, LLC ("Never Miss Revenue," "we," "us," or "our") provides AI-powered receptionist and call management services to trades contractors and service businesses. Our principal place of business is 17350 State Hwy 249, Ste 220 #35122, Houston, TX 77064.

3. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or any related system
  • Transmit unsolicited commercial communications
  • Impersonate Never Miss Revenue or any of its employees
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site without written permission

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Never Miss Revenue, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

5. AI Demo and Voice Interaction

The Site may include an interactive AI voice demo powered by third-party AI voice technology. By engaging with the demo:

  • You acknowledge that your interaction may be recorded and transcribed
  • You consent to that recording for service demonstration and quality purposes
  • You understand you are interacting with an AI, not a human representative

6. Booking and Strategy Calls

Strategy calls booked through the Site are for evaluation and consultation purposes only. Booking a strategy call does not create a service agreement or obligate either party to enter into a business relationship. Service agreements are formalized through a separate MSA.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. NEVER MISS REVENUE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEVER MISS REVENUE, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Williamson County, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Never Miss Revenue regarding your use of this Site. They do not govern any paid service relationship, which is covered by a separate executed MSA.
