We may receive information about you from our clients (the businesses we serve) when they configure their AI receptionist service, including contact records, appointment history, and service preferences.

5. Call Recording and Consent

All calls answered by our AI receptionist are recorded and transcribed. Callers are notified of recording at the start of each call. In states with two-party consent requirements (e.g., California), our system provides explicit notice and obtains consent before proceeding.

6. Data Retention

Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days by default, or longer if required by our client's service agreement or applicable law. Account and billing records are retained for seven years. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address below, subject to our legal retention obligations.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and vendor security reviews. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected parties as required by applicable state law, within the timeframes specified by those laws.
